All donors and friends are reminded that you can "leave a legacy" by remembering the St. Augustine Lighthouse in your will. Your bequest will be a declaration of your partnership to preserve the St. Augustine Light Station and support the future of its education and research programs.

Based on your individual needs and preferences, a bequest can be provided for in a manner and amount decided by you.

Consult your attorney to discuss your plans. It is very easy to arrange for a bequest to the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Museum. Just add a brief amendment to your current documentation (called a codicil).

All bequests to the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Museum, Inc. may use the following wording:

"I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Museum, Inc., a non-profit corporation located at 81 Lighthouse Ave, St. Augustine, FL 32080, the sum of $____________ . This legacy may be used in the discretion of the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Museum, Inc. to further the purpose of said corporation".

Funds may also be designated to support the program of your choice.
